Step 1:

- Install the JDK for Merlin build 63 from :
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.b63

Step 2:

Invoke the netscape browser and run Test case 3: Proxies Panel of Control Panel Testing from
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_controlpanel.html

Result:
The browser did not take Proxy settings from Proxies Panel of Control Panel.
I use Solaris 8 for testing, but the problem may also appear on the other platform.
