Run the latest (from b63, for example) SwingSet2 in multiscreen
environment, go to "Multiscreen" menu and create a frame on each
screen.

Now change L&F in one of the frames, the second one doesn't get
updated until user clicks at the toolbar, and when it does, the
frame is updated only partially, so it has a toolbar & menus
with one L&F and the rest of the frame with another one.

The bug is platform-generic.
