Contents of the image returned by Component.createImage in remote
display case are not being initialized by the background color.

Example:
Run Font2DTest on Merlin builds b63+ remotely, the background is black.
This application creates a backBuffer using createImage and uses it w/o
initializing.

This is a regression since build 62. Needs to be fixed by beta.
