To reproduce:
* bring up SwingSet2
* use the multiscreen menu to bring up a SwingSet on a secondary monitor
* resize the new SwingSet frame so that one or more of the menus in the menubar will have to be created as heavyweights
* when the heavyweight menus are pulled down, the menus themselves appear (incorrectly) on the primary screen
* An additional note: the menu is displayed on the primary screen, but in whatever workspace the secondary SwingSet is in. For instance, if the primary display is displaying workspace One and the secondary display is on workspace Two, the menu will come up on the primary display, but in workspace Two, so you won't see it unless you switch the primary display over to workspace Two.
