The awt print screen cannot be viewed. It opens in the top left hand screen, as a very small area ( only the close 'X" button can be seen.) It also cannot be enlarged. However the 'Test Frame' that comes with it can be both opened and enlarged.
This happens in all locales in linux Red hat 6.2 but not on other platforms with the same JRE.
 test case is the 'awttest' applet. To reproduce run ' java awttest -commmand XXX " . There are three butons under the title awt.Dialog. Click on Print.
