Right now, we are building with weak crypto by default. Now
that we are shipping strong crypto, we should be building
strong by default.

This will impact the build process, so please coordinate with
Catherine Pielich when this is ready to putback.

Also, I just noticed that the provider is 1.1, it should be 1.4.
