OS : Win2000, win98 , Solaris8

App : /home/vc123631/TEA/jdk/merlin/solb_63/j2sdk1.4.0/demo/jfc/SwingApplet/appletviewer SwingApplet.html

Steps to reproduced to the bug ...

i set the paths to current jdk..

setenv PATH /home/vc123631/TEA/jdk/merlin/solb_63/j2sdk1.4.0/bin:$PATH
setenv JAVA_HOME /home/vc123631/TEA/jdk/merlin/solb_63/j2sdk1.4.0

Then i checked whether the path has been set to the latest jdk
by giving the command..

java -version

 java version "1.4.0-beta"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0-beta-b63)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.4.0-beta-b63, mixed mode)

Then i run the Swing Applet with the command appletviewer SwingApplet.html



/home/vc123631/TEA/jdk/merlin/solb_63/j2sdk1.4.0/demo/jfc/SwingApplet/appletview
er SwingApplet.html

here when i select the appletviewer menu options stop and immedeatly select
the option start it is not able to restart the applet after it has been stopped.
