On windows platform with IE 5.5 SP1 (or 4.01, etc),
in the absense of JRE 1.3, or 1.3.0_01,
the HTMLConverter 1.3 or 1.3.0_01 converted applets will download and install
the corresponding JRE automatically...
    (To see this, 1st uninstall your JRE, then visit this URL:

     for 1.3.0 or
         http://istserver.eng/jai/autoinstall/JAIAppletDemo_auto_w2.html
  for 1.3.0_01)

But it the 1.3.1-beta converter does not do the same:

There is no 1.4 converter out there yet, but it should be tested before it's
release.
