During localization of various DateFormatZoneData files, the time zone
IDs were localized. Time zone IDs are of the form continent/city (e.g.,
"America/Los Angeles") and are program internal identifiers. They must
not be localized, because otherwise the localized time zone names (e.g.,
"Pacific Standard Time") can no longer be found. Please restore the IDs
to their unlocalized form.
