A few of the demo applets distributed with J2SDK13 are having problems.
ImageMap cannot find example2.html when clicking on oval.

To duplicate the problem
1) I installed the SDK on my computer which didn't have any previous SDK
installations (single install file)
2) I used Windows Explorer to navigate to and launch
"demo\applets\imagemap\example1.html"
3) Mouse over and click on oval in upper left corner
4) File Not Found "example2.html" message appears in browser window
5) Sort the ImageMap directory by name and file type. Example2.htm is nowhere in
that directory.

Here is an excerpt from "imagemapcheat.html",
"The triangle banner in the background hanging to the left of my head as you
face the picture (on my right in the picture) is surrounded by a 3-D button
which takes you to the colored bullets page when you click on it."
This is apparently, example2.html

This file can be found in 1.0.1 version under java demo, but has been left
out since then. The file can be located at
.../1.0.1/binaries/win32/java/demo/ImageMap/example2.html
.../1.0.1/binaries/solaris/demo/ImageMap/example2.html
