Glyph outline painting is still broken in Build 64.
To demonstrate the effect of overlapped glyphs I added screenshots
for the attempt to draw each single glyph outline for all glyphs in
"Justin Frankel"; one for 1.3.1-rc2-b23, another for the 1.4.0-b64.

The evaluation of bug #4447249 is about the new semantics of
glyph locations. It does not explicitly say that the outline of a
single glyph answers the outline of _all_ glyphs in a glyph vector.
