test environment:
turbo linux 6.2 / s.chinese

problem:
with test scenario jre1.3.1 installed, I donwload and install
jws1.0.1 on tlunix6.2/s.chinese, javawebstart 1.0.1 application manager works well and can lunch applications. when lunch application from netscape, it failed and display a netscape/jre error message. see attached gif.
