java 1.3.0_03; mismatch in filenames in README.i386; all locales

Different file names in README.i386 for JDK 13_03 release.

The base version reads
# uncompress j2sdk-1.3.0_03-solx86-l10n.tar.Z
# tar xvf j2sdk-1_3_0_03-solx86-l10n.tar

Notice the first has j2sdk-1.3 and
and the second has j2sdk-1_3.
This is in all languages.



"j2sdk-1.3.0_03-solx86-l10n.tar.Z" => should read
>"j2sdk-1_3_0_03-solx86-l10n.tar.Z" in README.i386.
