JFrame, JDialog and JApplet no longer need to override processKeyEvent

      As part of 4389332 Swing now installs a KeyEventPostProcessor to process bindings when the source is not a JComponent. As a result of this JFrame, JDialog and JApplet no longer need to override processKeyEvent.
