Webstart doesn't start when launched from our html page on Japanese IE 5.5.
Comments from customer:
 Actually IE displays the error messages when I click "Launch using Java
WebStart" button.
It is in Japanese. "IE does not download iim.jnlp." and "could not open
the site. The requested site is not working or find it. Please try it
later." It is OK with Netscape 4.7x which is running on the same
 desktop.
When I try it with applet downloading mode it works both environment.
