130_03: self-extracting bundles have inconsistent installation top directory

      The installation top directories are different between base bundle and
      l10n bundle as follows.

      j2sdk-1_3_0_03-sol<arch>.bin:
          j2sdk1_3_0_03

      j2sdk-1_3_0_03-sol<arch>-l10n.bin:
          j2sdk-1_3_0_03

      Both install structures never put together, though both bundles are
      installed/extracted at the same directory.
