JaWS should pop up some error message on finding an exception like class not found or wrong class naming convention
This problem i have encountered while testing one of my test which i was developing
#i had given a wrong class name to one of the jars instead of giving it as fully qualified class name i.e. package.class i put it as class name
since jaws could not find the class it outputs exception in the log file
-Actually on finding the wrong classpath jaws should have trapped e.getMesage kind of thing and have popped up an JOptionPane to the user which would have helpled in troubleshooting
here is the test case
http://javasoft4.india/testspec/versioningid/ click on version.jnlp and see the log
I have used JaWS101 build 19 for this andhave reproduced it on Solaris on Win2K
