Chinese can't be displayed correctly in Choice in linux platform.

This problem exists when encoding is zh_CN.EUC or zh_CN.UTF-8.
This problem dose NOT exist when encoding is zh_CN.GBK.

This problem exists in solaris , IA solaris and linux (Turbo linux).
This problem does NOT exist in windows platform.

This porblem dose NOT exist in merlin b65.


To reproduce this bug, try attached file,

** There are 11 lines in the choice list, the first one is Chinese.
   Choose this line, you will find the problem.
