Merlin jre build: beta_refresh-b66
Solaris9 build: s81_39 with "Entire distribution OEM support" installing
CDE version : 1.5 39b

Tested for Solaris 9(sparc and x86):
The ControlPanel windows can not work. Executing the ControlPanel, although the ControlPanel's frame appears, there is nothing dispalyed in ContorolPanel window. So, can not select any the functions.

To reproduce;
1. Execute $JAVAHOME/jre/bin/ControlPanel on s9(s81_39)

Result:
- The ContorolPanel's frame shows up but it is empty frame.
  (Please see the attached "s9_ControlPanel_euc.gif")
- C locale also can not. (Please see the attache "s9_ControlPanel_c.gif")
- However, although the ControlPanel windows appears on ja_JP.UTF8 locale, it is too long so can not select. (Please see the attached "s9_ControlPanel_utf8.gif")

This phenomenon does not occur on Solaris(sparc/x86) 8, 7 and 2.6.

This problme did not occur on Solaris9(s81_38) with Merlin b63b.

Therefore, I'm not sure whether this problem is caused by merlin(b66) or Solaris9(s81_39).

I confirmed that this problem is no more reproducible on Solaris9/(Sparc and x86) s81_40 which is latest Solaris 9 build using merlin beta-refresh b68.
Java Plug-in ControlPanel are displayed correctly on Solaris9(s81_40).

This bug will be closed due to "not reproducible".
