Tested Solaris sparc 7 / 9(s81_39), x86 8 and WindowsNT with merlin-beta-refresh(b63b, b65).

In a part of SPI menu, English menu displays instead of Japnese.
Attached program will disaply "English","German","Japanese","Japanese(Japan, YOMI)","Simplified Chinese","Traditional Chinese" that should display with Japanese in SPI menu.
However, "English" and "German" and "Japanese(Japan,YOMI) in SPI menu are disaplyed with English.

To reproduce;

1). Copy the attached file CityIM.jar into $JAVAHOME/jre/lib/ext
2). Launch demo $JAVAHOME/demo/jfc/Notepad/Notepad.jar using merlin-beta-refresh
3). Select "Select Input Method" in the system menu(at upper-left of window)
4). Click on to "City Input Method"
5). Language select window will display.
    You can see the problem.

This phenomenon does not occur on Merlin-beta b65.
