1.2.2_08; Cancel button unlocalized in all ISO-15 locales

AWT save and open dialogue boxes and appletviewer dialogue boxes Cancel button unlocalized in all locales

To reproduce : Login to 2.7 sparc machine in a ISO-15 locale using dtlogin. Set the PATH to /usr/java1.2/bin/java where java 1.2 is 1.2.2_8

Running awttest applet, the save dialogue box and the open dialogue boxthe strings "OK" "Update" on the buttons are localised where apprpiate, but NOT "Cancel". The same for appletviewer
This bug is related to 4243583. The supplied Java patches have been applied, it seems an earlier build muw have been put in the workspace ( see BugId 4464983)
