JPDA: pop frames must be implemented in back-end to make it safe

      Currently the low-level JVMDI popFrame is exposed at the JDI level.
      At this level there is too much interference from other events to
      make this safe. And it is VERY awkward to use. Implement high-level
      functionality in the back-end and expose in JDI.
