Run the Metalworks demo provided with the JDK 1.4 beta. Move the cursor over
the File menu and then over to resize the frame. This causes the cursor to
change to indicate resizing is possible. Now without resizing and staying in
line with the menu (in other words over the menu bar), move the cursor back to
the File menu. In 1.3 and earlier versions, the cursor changes back to the
default cursor. In the case of 1.4, the cursor remains a resize cursor while
above the menubar text. It should be updated to change back to the default
cursor as soon as the cursor is not over an area that is responsible for
resizing.
