      Bug Description:
      ================
      When the DelayTime is set to Zero the SubMenu is not get Refreshed for Subsequent Mouse Movement,The Menu is working as specified when the delay time is increased from Zero.

            How to reproduce:
            ====================
            Run the Attached Script
            1.)JMenu.ksh

            Steps to Follow:
            ================
            1.)Set delay time to Zero
            1.)Click on the Menu,the PopupMenu is popped up or down
            3.)Select First Menu item the SubMenu is Popped up
            4.)Move the Mouse to Select the Second Menu item the SubMenu is Popped up
            5.)Move the Mouse to Select the Third Menu item the SubMenu Pops up without Clearing the Previous SubMenu(it overlaps the previous SubMenu)
            The Menu is not get Refreshed.
