solaris 9 b39 and the default printer no set.

run:

#java awttest -command <localchar>

then pop a dialog, click the 'print' button, the pop up the print dialog,
at item 'print to' list, pull down the printer list, there have nothing.
but in zh and C locale, there have choosing printer as attachment.
