2 problems reported about Metalworks demo in Merlin build 66:

1. Undecorated JOptionPanes can not be moved, it only happens since
   the first Merlin beta_refresh build(b63a). It works OK on Merlin beta(b65).

2. File open box has different color than other dialogs which can be
   reproduced on both beta and beta_refresh builds.

No (since the undecorated frame/dialog simple doesn't exist in J2SE 1.3)

Windows 2000 (Build 2195: Service Pack1), can be reproduce on Solaris Sparc too.


Hardware Configuration Information (be specific):

PIII 650MHz / 256MB RAM / ATI Rage 128 (8MB)


Bug Description:

Can't move undecorated JOptionPanes.




Steps to Reproduce (be specific):

Just launch Metalworks example and select about menu.
Then the about box can be dragged by grabbing the title bar.
This also occurs for file dialog box and so on. Especially
file open box has different color than other dialogs,
even though there's no change in the theme.
