Build #211 of c2_baseline shows a 10% jvm98 slowdown in 64b Sparc.
This regression subsequently was propatgated to the main baseline.
The putback to c2_baseline cause approx. 34% slowdown in jess, 17%
in mtrt, 8% in jack, and 10% in javac.
