The Windows font.properties.hi file lists the fonts "Devanagari MT for
IBM" and "Mangal". These fonts are neither provided by the J2RE nor part
of the Windows 2000 support for Devanagari, and so listing them is
unlikely to result in correct text display (I can't check currently
because of bug 4459099).

The entries should be replaced with Devanagari fonts provided by Windows
2000 and/or our own Lucida Sans font.
