the libraries libjsig.so and libjsig_g.so are created by the hotspot
build and are now needed for access by the j2se build. Please update the
staging ares to copy these libraries into the locations defined by
HOTSPOT_SERVER_PATH and HOTSPOT_CLIENT_PATH.
