VTEST core dumped immediately with Merlin b69 in 64 bits mode

      WIth Merlin build 69, VTest core dumped immediately in 64 bits mode.

      The test machine is jtgb4u2d1. core and log files is under /bt/VolanoTest*
      The problem is reproducible on other Solaris 8 Sparc machine.

      To reproduce the problem
      1 On jtgb4u2d1, cd /bt
      2. export JAVA_HOME=/usr/j2se_b69
      3. /bs/runvtest.ksh -d64
      4. cd /bt/VolanoTest*

      Core dump happens immediately after step 4.

      VMark and atg both failed immediately in 64 bits mode. The only bigapps
      surviving 24 hours is cloudscape.
