Steps to Reproduce -

1 - Install the plugin on the target machine.

2 - Set the NPX_PLUGIN_PATH appropriately.

3 - Load the SwingSet demo from /net/sqesvr/deployment3/demos/plugin/merlin/jfc/SwingSet2/SwingSet2.html

4 - The applet loads up correctly but gives the following error message on the java console

"Error occurred loading demo: HtmlDemo"
