A typo in a description of TemplatesHandler

  There is a typo in the description of the javax.xml.transform.TemplatesHandler:

    "A SAX ContentHandler that may be used to process SAX parse events (parsing
transformation instructions) into a Templates object."

  In my opinion, it should look like this:

    "A SAX TemplatesHandler that may be ....."

  There is a typo in the bug description.
  It should be

      "javax.xml.transform.sax.TemplatesHandler"

  instead of

      "javax.xml.transform.TemplatesHandler".
