Several customers have complained about the use of
/usr/java to install java on linux.
We are apparently one of the few applications that does this XFree is another
I can think of.
As there does not seem to be a concensus of where the JRE should really live
we should all users the option to at least link to a directory they feel
comfortable with, ie /usr/local/java or /opt or /usr
even if we still install into /usr/java

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0-beta2-b77)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.0-beta2-b77, mixed mode)
Java2 SDK/Runtime for Linux currently shipped is not FHS compatible.
At least RPM version should.
