STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

- On a Win98SE machine, install the JRE for Merlin build 71
  from:
/net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/win32.b71/

- Go to the below link and execute the tests:
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_Relative.html
  
run the Relative dimensions Tests using NS 6.1 browser.

RESULTS:

Demos are not getting loaded, using NS 6.1

When tested with IE 5.0 and NS 4.7X demos are working fine.

These tests are also failing with merlin beta-refresh build-72 on win ME with NS 6.1
