      Steps to Reproduce :

      1.) Install the MB 71 from /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/win32.b71/

      2.) Invoke the java plugin control panel -> About Box

      Expected Result :

      The Java Plugin control panel about box in merlin on all platforms should display default environment verison information for the JRE, VM and Plugin currently installed on the machine

      Result :

      Build default environment verison is not being shown
