Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the MB 71 from /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/win32.b71/

2.) Invoke the java plugin control panel -> Basic

3.) check box Show Exception Dialog box is missing

Note : This would affect our Applet Usability testing.
