Japanese characters are saved incorrect encode with Notepad in javaws demo.


Reproduce to:
1, Install jre1.3.0_03 and javaws1.0.1 fcs-b04, launch up javaws.
2, View -> Remote Applications -> select Notepad -> click start button
3, Input Japanese characters into text area and save file
4, File open that saved at 3.
5, Malformed characters displays.
