Solaris 9 will add the following mappings in the native Big5 iconv converter:
0xF9D6 --> 0xF9DC inclusive for the locale zh_TW.BIG5. These characters
have widespread adopion within Taiwan. Therefore it is asked that the Java
ByteToChar/CharToByte converters also add these characters.
