Applet Usability-the Expired Certificate test does not throw exceptions

Steps tp reproduce -

1. Install plugin (merlin beta-refresh build-71)

2. Remove all the previous certificates.

3. Execute the expired certificate test case from the following url

http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_AUE.html

4. A pop up box comes up to grant permissions.

5. After you grant permission, it allows the access. It is expected to throw exceptions.

This not a bug. The pop up box itself gave the warning about the expired certificate.
