Man pages missing from SUNWj3man

      The man pages for servertool, orbd, idlj are not listed in the
      pgkmap file for SUNWj3man at
      /usr/local/java/jdk1.4/bundles/solsparc/pkgarchive/SUNWj3man/pkgmap.

      These man pages should be added to SUNWj3man.

      Also, the Unix JRE bundles do not contain man pages for orbd or servertool.

      A new man page for policytool will be integrated via TL on Jul 26, and this
      needs to be included in SUNWj3man and the Unix JRE man pages too.

      Note that this bug covers part of the installation issues originally
      reported in 4454991.
