Dasho has a problem in that we must use -target 1.1 instead of the normal
1.2 or 1.4 that is used by default. When obfuscating, Dasho had
two problems, one of them caused 4480573 which was a JCK failure,
and the second was when I was trying to create the sun.* https provider.

When dasho provides a fix for us, we need to use the 1.2/1.4 class
file formats.
