Auto-download for J2SE1.3.1 installer is failing . Installer is corrupt
-Steps to Reproduce
1.On Windows NT machine use Internet Explorer to visit this URL
http://j2se.east/~jmelvin/plugin/applets/molecule/example1.html
2.Applet requires a plug-in for J2SE1.3.1 , it will start downloading the plug-in
3. Download fails after sometimes with a message "Self Extracting Exe is corrupted download can-not be completed
The same installer works fine on other versions of Windows
