The following files are in both the j2sdk-1_3_0_04-solsparc.bin and
j2sdk-1_3_0_04-solsparc-l10n.bin.

j2sdk1_3_0_04/COPYRIGHT
j2sdk1_3_0_04/LICENSE

It encounters the following situation when install the l10n bundle.

replace j2sdk1_3_0_04/COPYRIGHT? [y]es, [n]o, [A]ll, [N]one, [r]ename: y
  inflating: j2sdk1_3_0_04/COPYRIGHT
replace j2sdk1_3_0_04/LICENSE? [y]es, [n]o, [A]ll, [N]one, [r]ename: y
  inflating: j2sdk1_3_0_04/LICENSE

This makes user do extra procedure and the l10n self-extracting bundle
(.bin) should not include these files, only in the base bundle.
