The workspace scan algorithm that seeks out files with no SCCS histories
erroneously reports files with SCCS histories that exist in the top
level of a workspace, such as

Performing workspace scan for remnant files.
   Any files listed below are not under SCCS control in the workspace
   and you should review them and possibly remove them manually:
./../../hotspot/Makefile
./../../hotspot/README
End of workspace scan.

These two files do exist and should not be reported
