Steps to reproduce -

1) Make sure that the systen under test does not have the plugin installed.

2) Open Internet Explorer and go the the following url

 http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html

3) Click on the clock demo.

4) A message box comes up asking to install the plugin.

5) Click OK.

6) Plugin 1.3 is installed instead of plugin 1.3.1.

Note - All the other demos are working fine. The clock demo installed the correct plugin on Netscape browser.
