JFileChooser : ToolBarItems functionality enhancements

      In JFileChooser, clicking on toolbar item for new folder, creates a newfolder,
      ** it is desired that the it should scrolldown to the nwfolder created/highlighted

      ** the toolbar items for List/details does not work
