Bundled patch for Solaris 7 x86 says "Temporary Patch"

The patch that included in the following patch bundle for 1.3.1_01 respin2 is
the temporary patch, not official patch release.

The patches are:

106542-16 (for intel)

The following information is appended to /etc/motd when install the patch.
