gb18030 locale, need manual add the gb18030 font file.
jdk1.4 b75

run as:
#java -jar ~/jdk1.4/demo/jfc/Font2DTest/Font2DTest.jar
in the dialog, choose the other's enter 5000 to aeff range.
will get some chinese text. choose the rotate or shear, it's no change.
So need 2D font's rotate and shear support
