Steps to reproduce -

1) Install the plugin on the target machine.

2) Change the browser proxy settings to point to the automatic proxy configuration script.
  
3) Change the "automatic proxy configuration" to point to the URL
         http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/func/proxys/proxy.pac

4) Load any plug-in applet.

5) The console does not show "Using Automatic Proxy Configuration". It shows "Using Browser Proxy setting". The console shows the same message even if the proxy is set to "Manual Configuration".

6) The console displays "Using Automatic Proxy Configuration" if the proxy is set to auto for NS 4.7x and IE5.5
