When user runs ControlPanel or some of Swing application, the application displays only horizontal lines instead of some English or koren strings.
In order to see the application contents, user has to redraw the the panel.
(see attached picture)

how to reproduce :

1) Run ControlPanel or ( some Swing Application)
2) then the application panel shows only horizontal lines.
